RULES AND REGULATIONS
- Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment. If needed, you may smoke on the balconies, where ashtrays are provided.
- Do not wash laundry in the bathroom. A paid laundry service is available upon request (service fee applies).
- Do not flush sanitary products down the toilet. Additionally, avoid leaving hair or organic material in the sink, bidet, or shower to maintain hygiene for all guests. Please use the designated bins.
- Do not clean shoes with the provided towels and avoid using them to remove makeup.
Since the property is built with natural and eco-friendly materials, we kindly ask you to:
- Avoid staining the walls.
- Open the bathroom windows after showering.
- Always use the kitchen extractor fan when cooking.
The property operates with a solar panel system that complies with EU energy-saving regulations. Therefore:
- Take short showers.
- Always turn off lights and air conditioning when leaving the apartment.
- Always close the main entrance door for the safety of all guests.
- Leave the kitchen and dishes clean, and make sure to remove any food leftovers from the kitchen, refrigerator, and oven upon departure.
- Check-out time is by 10:00 AM.
- Check-in starts at 2:00 PM.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Close the shutters in case of rain to protect the wooden windows and frames.
SECURITY DEPOSIT:
The security deposit provided at check-in will be refunded at check-out, provided no damage has occurred, such as:
- Stains or scratches on the walls.
- Damage to the kitchen.
- Damage to doors.
- Damage to furniture or other items.
RESPECTING THESE RULES ensures that all guests can enjoy a clean, comfortable, and aesthetically pleasing environment.
We also kindly remind guests to follow the recycling procedures (mandatory by law) and to use the designated bins located in the kitchen.
